Yvonne Lorraine Smith, M.D.
Dr. Smith has been setting the highest standards of excellence in internal medicine and pediatrics for over 30 years! Originally from Jamaica, she graduated high school in Yorkshire, England before earning an associate's degree from Bronx Community College and later her medical degree from Downstate Medical College in Brooklyn, New York. Afterwards, she completed a specialized post-graduate internship and residency at Lincoln Hospital Medical Center in New York and a fellowship for faculty development and research from Michigan State University.
An esteemed member of the medical community, Dr. Smith is a noted public lecturer, a board-certified Diplomate of the American Boards of Pediatrics and Internal Medicine, and an active member in many leading medical organizations, including the American Academy of Pediatrics.
When not in the office, Dr. Smith enjoys community outreach and service, including over 20 years of medical missions to Jamaica. She has been honored by several organizations for her contributions, such as Pfizer Laboratory's Award for Community Service in Breast Cancer Screening and the town of Ramapo's Recognition for Outstanding Citizen, awarded in 1995.
Dwight D. Blake, M.D.
Dr. Blake has been delivering outstanding medical service to his community for over 30 years! Dr. Blake earned an undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Pittsburgh and a degree in health sciences from Long Island University before earning his medical degree from the State University of New York / Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Afterward, he completed his post-graduate training at University of Miami School of Medicine affiliated hospitals, Jackson Memorial Hospital and the Miami VA Hospital in Miami, Florida.
An integral part of the medical community, Dr. Blake is a board-certified Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners and American Board of Internal Medicine, has held assistant and clinical professorships at the University of Miami, and is an active member in many leading medical organizations.
Outside the office, Dr. Blake enjoys participating with medical mission groups, such as Global Missions Inc. and Atlanta-Montego Bay Sister Cities. He has been volunteering for over 20 years for medical missions to the Caribbean, Africa and Asia.
