We ask that you bring all prescription medication(s) with you to your appointment, even if it was prescribed by another physician. Please request all refills of continuous medicines during your appointment.
In the event of your prescription expiring prior to your next appointment, contact your pharmacist who will in turn submit to our office an electronic request for refills. Generally, refill requests will not be approved if the prescription was never written by one of our providers or if your last office visit was more than 6 months prior to your request. In these cases, you will have to schedule an office appointment. Additionally, refill prescriptions for controlled substances (certain pain, sleep, anxiety, ADHD medication) must be picked up in person from our office and we require your requests to be made 3-5 business days in advance.
